After Purchasing Please email all design details and references regarding design project to art@pyramidisions.com. Turnaround time will begin once all information, verbiage, design details, etc have been submitted.

Once the logo design process has begun, including but not limited to concept development, revisions, and finalization, no refunds will be issued.
Revisions: Additional revisions will require 4-6 business days to complete. There is a 3 revision limit. After three, there will be an addiitonal $25 charge. Holidays & Weekends are not included in turnaround time.
Customer Responsibilities: It is your responsibility to provide clear and accurate information regarding your logo design requirements and to approve the final design promptly. Delays in providing necessary information or approvals may result in additional time added to the turnaround time.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your logo design project before work has started, a cancellation fee may apply based on the work completed up to that point.

Due to the extensiveness of this design service, please know before purchasing that this service is not eligible for a refund. By purchasing and submitting payment,  you have agreed  to this policy.
